Propeller Careers was launched in order to bring added value to the graduate sales recruitment marketplace. We have two clear goals – firstly to ensure that we provide our clients with exceptional pre-trained graduates. Secondly, to promote sales to Graduates as a professional and rewarding industry.

We are a unique organisation in the field of recruitment in that we invest significant time and money in our candidates before we place them ensuring that both they and our clients are able to realise their full potential. We passionately believe that graduates have a huge part to play in the development of businesses and through exceptional training we ensure that Propeller graduates lead the way.

At Propeller we believe that the graduate recruitment marketplace has been poorly served in the sales arena and we aim to provide both graduates and graduate recruiters with unrivalled service and value.

Successful graduates will work with us for an entire month attending the Propeller Academy. During this time they receive both a salary and comprehensive training, and upon completion start their career with one of our clients.

For employers we do far more than just screen CV’s and prepare candidates for interview. We train our candidates on how to sell and to make the step up to working within a professional environment.
