The Propeller Academy is the reward for our top 40 candidates. We provide a month of exceptional, full- time training. Individuals will attend sessions five days a week, where you’ll learn essential skills such as time management, negotiation, exception handling, account management.

The remainder of your time at the Academy will be spent earning a real income with commission in a fast-paced sales environment. The person who makes the most sales will even earn a £5,000 bonus.
